I bought a iPhone and I need to hook it up to my phone number on airtalk
- Repeated calls and disconnections; finally connected to hook up the iPhone.

Nothing has happened I went through the *** n got nowhere, It figures I've been trying to hook up with them forever I just got a phone number for them on the internet finally Unbelievable . When I first got hooked up the d*** i* was great I spoke to customer service twice and got my free phone that one broke I got a new phone I paid for this is the one I got now I just upgraded to an iPhone I wanna get what I need to get is that phone hook up and that's what I'm trying to do now and I seem to get nowhere every time I just got it a few days ago The last few days now and I still can't get ahold of them it's crazy!!!
Maybe I should switch to another company I don't know I like Airtalk Wireless I will definitely let you guys know more for sure.
Ok I Finally got through to them and we got disconnected like 3 or 4 times I forget anyway if I finally got through the one guy and he websites just went through it and hooked up my phone and was seeing 30 minutes we'll have hopefully my iPhone will be hooked up hopefully you'll get rest with them they're really not a bad company I think they have too many websites. Received phone won't charge or turn on only had it a few days
No answer and after 5 times I gave up I got a air talk phone 5 days ago and I only made 2 calls and the phone went dead and won't charge. I dont have my enrollment id or my phone number and now no phone I am very disappointed and I can't get a hold of anyone dont use airtalk

Airtalk wireless customer service is a joke. Ive been trying to reach someone for a month. no one ever aswers either of the numbers. I have their phone service and can't login to my acct. maybe I will

maybe I can try email but that probably won't work either. All of my bus is linked to this phone number through Airtalk wireless, If something happens ,I won't be able to contact them.

I lost my phone getting out of a Lyft ride in the driver didn't return the phone and lift customer service has yet to retrieve my phone so I had to purchase a throwaway phone basically just to get in touch with [PERSON_NAME] talk and then when I did he told me that my option was to pay $37 to get not the phone that I had which I paid upgrade fee for it was the Moto G23 something like that but he said they didn't have it in stock or something and after that conversation and I went to the app and it was in fact in stock however he told me it wasn't so I was paying $37 to get basically a starter phone and SIM card so I'm out the money for the upgrade that I paid for which was not cheap and I'm still waiting for the replacement phone to come in I think that they should have given me at least the equivalent to the phone upgrade that I paid for because I just paid the upgrade for nothing because they're not replacing with the same phone that I was lost I think that's not good

Resolved: I have purchased a new phone I think it was a Verde I asked for specific instructions to be left inside my fence but instead it was left on my sports steps and my dog got out today I need to know what
My dog got a hold of my brand new purchased phone because specific instructions were not followed. I no longer have that phone.
I got pissed and threw it in the trash. I would like to know what could be done about this.
I contacted them, and I have not received anything back. I believe Airtalk should supply me with a new phone.

I was trying to see if I wanted to switch over to this company, but I'm not able to get anyone on the line, and that's just not acceptable to me. So I don't think I'll be switching over.
Thanks, but no thanks. Seems like a very good company, but if you can't get anybody on the phone when you're having an issue with your phone, then that's a real problem.
User's recommendation: I'm not sure if I recommend this due to the fact is I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone in the last 2 weeks I started doing my application but I have a couple of questions before I complete the application that I was trying to get answered and I'm unable to get them answered because you can't get anybody live on the telephone so that's why I don't recommend this if you're already have this company and they're good then okay but this is my personal reason of why I do not recommend

My phone is locked and I keep calling y’all to get no response

Hours on hold, never spoke to anyone! Broke my phone, tried to get another one, would have gladly paid for it!
